退款政策

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from ELEMENTS PLAYERS Online Store and you would like to initiate a return, please follow the guidelines below:


*Be aware: We DO NOT accept any no-reason refund or returns. (We did our best to ensure the product images that displayed its original status are authentic and realistic. Please make sure the product you purchase is the correct one you need.)

 

We only accept refund or returns under these circumstances: Product Quality Issues, Product Breaking During Shipping, Wrong Product Shipping, Product Missing During Shipping.

 

All returns must be opened within 7 days of their original delivery date (including the date the customer sign for/in). *We may extend our returns policy during the holiday shopping season.


All returned products must be in the original packaging, including all the accessories.  


Refund will not be processed unless we have received the original packaging or any item that is in new or resalable condition (including all the accessories) or If we confirmed that the product damage or issue is caused by customers in purpose.


Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless: Product Quality Issues, Product Breaking During Shipping, Wrong Product Shipping.


Any damage caused to a product once it is in your possession or during your use does not make it defective and is beyond our responsibility.


All shipments must be prepaid, we do not accept C.O.D. or any similar process. Packages shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery attempt and returned to the customer.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to initiate a return?


To initiate a return, please contact us via email at store@elementsplayers.com with your order details including:


Order Number

Customer Name

Shipping Address

Payment Method

The Video Record of Box Opening and Product Displays In All Angles

The Photo of Package Delivery Label (Shows the Shipping Number And Address)


*Please contact us if want to return the item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. You may contact us via email before the process.


Once the return is initiated, you will receive an email including your RMA number and the return address.


Make sure all returning items are in the box with the RMA form.


Ship your return to us via the carrier that provides tracking services. To ensure the on-time processing of your return, please write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.


*Please do not use the product’s original plastic packaging as a shipping container. The shipping paper box is reusable if there is no structural damage. To avoid damage and ensure the return process, it's recommended that you pack the items in the original packaging and then place them inside a larger, separate shipping container.


Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the return is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days to process a return.
